Oriental Cuisine Club is a cardless loyalty programme that allows members to enjoy exclusive privileges and rewards whenever they dine at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.

How do I become a member of The Oriental Cuisine Club?

What are the fees to become a member of Oriental Cuisine Club?
The membership fee is at RM 98.

How do I pay for the membership application?
For online sign ups, payment can be done using online banking or Visa/Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards.
For sign ups at participating restaurants, payment by cash or Visa/Mastercard/AMEX Debit/Credit Cards can be done at the counter.

What is the validity of the membership?
The membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of sign up with extension till the last day of the month. E.g. If the registration is made on 2 September 2018, the membership will expire on 30 September 2019.

Where can I check the expiry date of my membership?
You may log in to the members’ portal to check the expiry date of your membership.

What is the minimum age that I can apply as an Oriental Cuisine Club member?
Members need to be above 18 years of age to apply as an Oriental Cuisine Club member.

Where do I update my personal particulars?
To update or view your personal particulars, please log in to your account via the members’ portal. Kindly be advised that members are unable to update mobile number, date of birth and email address.

How do I check my Oriental Ringgit, e-vouchers and other rewards?
You may log in to members.orientalrestaurants.com.my to check your membership privileges and rewards balance.

What if I forgotten my password?
To reset your password, visit the members’ portal at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my and click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.

What should I do if I have questions regarding my membership account?
If you have any questions regarding your membership account, please contact us at 03-7496 6988 or email us at club@orientalrestaurants.com.my

How do I terminate my membership?
Member may choose to terminate their membership at any time before the expiry date by writing in to us at club@orientalrestaurants.com.my. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused/unissued e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically expire upon non-renewal of membership, and all balance Oriental Ringgit and/or unused/unissued e-vouchers will be deemed forfeited.

What are the types of membership?
There are 2 membership types; namely Gold and Platinum.
Note: Platinum Special membership - available for a limited time (one year membership only).

How to be a Gold / Platinum member?
To become a Gold member, you can sign up with RM 98 online at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my or at any participating restaurants.
To become a Platinum member, existing members need to accumulate a qualifying spend of RM20,000* and above within the membership year to qualify.
*Qualifying spend is computed before service charge and SST.
To become a Platinum Special member, you have to be a member of our previous membership program and will receive an email with instruction on how to register*. Alternatively, please contact us at 03-7496 6988 or email us at club@orientalrestaurants.com.my for further information.
*Registration is available for a limited time only till 28 February 2019.

How to retain my membership status?
To maintain as a Gold member, renew your membership with a RM 98 renewal fee.
To maintain as a Platinum member, accumulate qualifying spend of RM 20,000* within the membership year to renew your membership status and to enjoy additional complimentary rewards.
*Qualifying spend is computed before service charge and SST.
*Platinum Special members are unable to maintain their membership upon expiry of membership. Membership can be renewed with a RM 98 renewal fee as a Gold member or accumulate qualifying spend of RM 20,000 within membership year to enjoy complimentary Platinum membership.

How do I know the expiry of my privileges?
To check the expiry dates of your privileges, simply log in to the member’s portal and view the details reflected under the ‘Vouchers’ section.
Note: Strictly no extension on expired e-vouchers.

Why should I register my details at Oriental Cuisine Club?
Registering your details at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my will enable your privileges to be validated. In addition, you will also receive the latest news on upcoming members’ promotions, rewards, invitations to events and more!

How do I identify myself as an Oriental Cuisine Club member?
To identify yourself as a member, simply provide your Mobile No. to our service staff.

How do I enjoy my Birthday e-voucher?
Birthday e-vouchers are issued once per membership year; it is activated on the first day of birthday month and valid till the last day of the birthday month. Birthday e-vouchers not redeemed during birthday month will be forfeited and strictly no revalidation of expired e-vouchers.

Note: For members who sign-up on birthday month, birthday e-voucher will only be activated at the next birthday month. Eg: Member A registered on 2 September 2018 and birthday is in the month of September. Member A’s birthday e-voucher will only be activated on 1 September 2019.

How do I enjoy my complimentary treats? 
For redemption of the 2 pcs of Abalone, it will be available for redemption anytime during the membership year (excluding 15 days before and the 15 days of Chinese New Year).
For redemption of seasonal items, it will only be available during related festive periods.
For redemption of Premium Longevity Birthday Bun set, it will only be available during birthday month (available once per membership year during birthday month).
Members who qualify for the seasonal complimentary treats will receive an email notification closer to the festive periods for their redemption at participating restaurants.
Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – full name as per NRIC during sign up) in order to redeem any membership privileges.
Note: Members are encouraged to order in advance.

Can I as a corporate customer enjoy corporate discount with the Oriental Cuisine Club membership?
No, corporate discount is not eligible for use together with the Oriental Cuisine Club membership. Corporate customers can only choose either corporate discount or the Oriental Cuisine Club membership for each transaction.

Can I enjoy my Oriental Cuisine Club membership privileges in another country where there is an Oriental Group restaurant?
The Oriental Cuisine Club membership privileges are currently available for participating restaurants in Malaysia only. Please refer to list of participating restaurants.

Is my Oriental Cuisine Club membership transferrable?
No. Membership is not transferrable.




EARNING & REDEMPTION OF ORIENTAL RINGGIT

 

How do I earn Oriental Ringgit?
For Gold members, earn Oriental Ringgit (OR) 1 point for every RM 10* spent on total bill at participating restaurants.

For Platinum & Platinum Special members, earn Oriental Ringgit (OR) 1.2 point for every RM 10* spent on total bill at participating restaurants. (*exclude event/wedding packages, promotional items, set menus, service charge and SST).

Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – full name as per NRIC during sign up) at the point of dining. Requests on Oriental Ringgit points accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require up to one (1) working day to reflect the transactions, e-vouchers and Oriental Ringgit points earned. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn Oriental Ringgit points is strictly not allowed. Oriental Ringgit points accrued shall expire upon expiry of membership. Upon renewal of membership, any Oriental Ringgit accrued shall be brought forward to the next membership year with a grace period of 3 months.

In the event network is down, points will be updated within 3 working days.


How do I redeem my Oriental Ringgit points?

For every OR50 points earned, members will automatically receive* a RM 50 Cash e-voucher, valid for 6 months from date of issue and valid for use within membership period only. Members can use the e-vouchers to offset their bills when dining at any participating restaurants. (excluding event/wedding menus, 15 days before Chinese New Year and during the fifteen days of Chinese New Year).

Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – full name as per NRIC during sign up and to write full name & IC No on tax invoice) at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the tax invoice to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. The cash e-voucher can be used to offset payment when dining at any participating Oriental Group restaurants. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.
(*System automatically converts balance Oriental Ringgit at a stipulated time daily)

E-vouchers cannot be redeemed when network is down and during:
(a) 15 days before Chinese New Year (except for Birthday e-voucher)
(b) during the 15 days of Chinese New Year (except for Birthday e-voucher)
(c) events and wedding menus

*System automatically converts balance Oriental Ringgit points at a stipulated time daily

What are the general information I should know about earning of points?
Earning of points is allowed:
(a) normal priced ala carte food, beverages, alcohol and products
(b) vouchers and e-vouchers. Points will be calculated based on the amount after deducting vouchers.

Earning of points is not allowed on:
(a) discounted / promotional items, set menus, event / wedding menus and food tasting
(b) deposits
(c) service charge & SST

What are the general information I should know about redemption of Oriental Ringgit (OR) points and e-vouchers?
Redemption is not allowed fifteen (15) days before and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year, events and weddings menus.

Will my Oriental Ringgit points expire?
Yes. Oriental Ringgit points is only valid during the membership period and will expire once the membership expires. Balance Oriental Ringgit will be brought forward to a grace period of 3 months in the new membership cycle. Unused Oriental Ringgit points not converted to cash e-voucher within the grace period will be forfeited. 

Can I use my e-vouchers after my membership expires?
No. Unused e-vouchers cannot be redeemed when membership expires. When membership is renewed, member can redeem e-voucher.

Would my Oriental Ringgit points be reflected immediately once I make a purchase?
The system may require up to one (1) working day to reflect the Oriental Ringgit earned, but do allow for time lapses that may be caused by any delays in the network during unforeseen circumstances.

Can I earn points with vouchers / e-vouchers / promotions?
Yes. Points will be calculated after deducting vouchers, e-vouchers or promotions, where applicable.

Can I use multiple membership accounts to earn and redeem Oriental Ringgit points?
No. Combining multiple membership accounts to earn or redeem Oriental Ringgit points is not allowed.

Can I split my bill to earn Oriental Ringgit points and/or redeem membership privileges?
No. Splitting of bill to earn Oriental Ringgit points and/or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can my family and friends earn or redeem Oriental Ringgit points if I am not present?
No. Member must be present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.




RENEWAL

 

How do I renew my membership?
Renewal of Gold membership can be done via the member’s portal at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my
Alternatively, you can renew your membership at any participating restaurants.

Renewal of Platinum membership is complimentary when members accumulate qualifying spend of RM 20,000* within membership year.
*Qualifying spend is computed before service charge and SST.

*Platinum Special members are unable to renew their Platinum Special membership upon expiry of membership. Membership can be renewed with a RM 98 renewal fee as a Gold member or accumulate qualifying spend of RM 20,000 within membership year to enjoy complimentary Platinum membership.

How much is the renewal fee?
You can renew your membership for RM 98. Upon renewal, you will receive RM 128 Renewal e-vouchers (1 x RM 78 and 1 x RM 50 Renewal e-vouchers) (single use / valid for 3 months).

Can I renew my Oriental Cuisine Club membership before the expiry date?
Yes. You can renew the membership within 1 month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence from the original expiry date.

会员籍的级别有哪一些?
会员级别分为两种:金和白金。
注:白金特别会员籍 - 限时特惠(仅限一年会员籍)。

如何成为金/白金会员?
欲成为金级会员,您只需以RM 98在members.orientalrestaurants.com.my 进行在线注册或在任何一间港城饮食业集团旗下参与的酒楼注册。
欲成为白金级会员,现有会员只需在会员年份内累积有效消费达RM20,000*和以上。
*有效消费金额不包含服务费和销售与服务税。

欲成为白金特别会员,您必须是我们之前会员籍计划的会员,并将收到电邮指示您如何注册*。或者,请致电03-7496 6988联络我们,或电邮致club@orientalrestaurants.com.my,以获取进一步详情。

如何保留我的会员籍?
欲维持金级会员籍,只需支付RM 98的会员更新费用。

注:对于在生日月份注册的会员,生日电子礼券将仅在下一个生日月份生效。例如:会员A于2018年9月2日注册,生日也是落在9月份。会员A的生日电子礼券将于2019年9月1日激活。

如何领取赠送礼品?
对于两粒鲍鱼,兑换可在会员籍周期的任何时候进行(除了农历新年之前的15天和年初一至年十五)。
对于季节性礼品,仅能在节庆时期进行兑换。
对于生日寿桃,仅能在生日月份进行兑换(会员藉一个周期内的生日月份)。
有权获得赠送节庆礼品的会员将在接近节庆时期收到电子邮件通知,以便在酒楼领取礼品。会员必须亲临用餐地点以兑换任何会员特权/优惠,我们将按照会员身份证上的全名确认其身份。

作为企业客户,公司折扣能否和Oriental Cuisine Club 会员优惠并用?
不可以。公司折扣不能与会员优惠一起使用。企业客户的每一次消费中只能在公司折扣或会员优惠二者选其一。

会员能否在海外的港城酒楼享有优惠?
会员优惠目前只限马来西亚港城饮食业集团旗下酒楼。请参阅酒楼的名单。

如果网络中断,积分将在3个工作日内更新。


如何兑换我的Oriental Ringgit积分?

每赚取OR50积分,会员将自动可以获得* 一张RM 50的现金电子礼券,有效期为发行日期起的6个月,只限会员有效期内使用。会员可在任何一间港城饮食业集团旗下酒楼用餐时使用现金电子礼券抵扣账单。(不包括活动/婚宴酒席,农历新年之前的15天和初一至年十五的使用。)

关于积分赚取,有什么一般信息是我需要了解的?
以下情况允许获得积分:
(a) 正常价格的单点食品,饮料,酒类和产品

以下情况不允许获得积分:
(a) 打折/促销品,套餐,活动/婚宴酒席和试菜
(b) 订金
(c) 服务费和销售与服务税

我的Oriental Ringgit积分会过期吗?
会的。Oriental Ringgit积分只在会员籍期间有效,一旦会员籍到期,Oriental Ringgit也将过期。Oriental Ringgit的积分余额可结转到新会员籍周期的3个月宽限期。会员必须在宽限期内将未使用的Oriental Ringgit积分转换为现金电子礼券,否则任何未使用的Oriental Ringgit积分将失效。 

我可否在会员籍届满后使用我的电子礼券?
不可以。未使用的电子礼券不可在会员籍届满后进行兑换。会员仅可在会员籍获得更新时兑换电子礼券。

每次消费后,我的Oriental Ringgit积分会立即显示出来吗?
系统可能需要一个工作日的时间来反映所赚取的Oriental Ringgit积分,除非在网络延迟导致的不可预见情况下,请允许一些时间让系统显示所赚取的Oriental Ringgit积分。

我可以通过礼券/电子礼券/促销活动赚取积分吗?
可以。积分将在适用的情况下,在扣除礼券,电子礼券或促销活动后计算。

可以使用多个会员账户赚取和兑换Oriental Ringgit积分吗?
不可以。会员不允许使用多个会员账户赚取和兑换Oriental Ringgit积分。

可以分割账单以赚取Oriental Ringgit积分和/或兑换会员优惠吗?
不可以。会员不允许分割账单以赚取和兑换Oriental Ringgit积分。

如果我不在场,我的家人或朋友可以使用我的会员优惠赚取或兑换Oriental Ringgit积分吗?
不可以。会员必须在场以享有会员优惠。

如何更新我的会员籍?
金级会员可以通过会员网站members.orientalrestaurants.com.my更新会员籍。
或者,会员也可以在任何一间港城饮食业集团旗下酒楼完成会员籍的更新。

您只需在会员年份内累积有效消费达RM 20,000*,便可免费更新您的白金级会员籍。
*有效消费金额不包含服务费和销售与服务税。

*白金特别会员不允许在会员籍届满时更新他们的会员籍,而需以RM 98的更新费用转为金级会员,或在会员年份内累积有效消费达RM 20,000,以免费享有白金会员籍。

会员更新费用是多少?
您可以RM 98更新您的会员籍。一旦获得更新,您将获得RM 128的更新电子礼券(1 x RM 78和1 x RM 50的更新电子礼券)(有效期为三个月/一次只能使用一张)。

我可以在会员籍有效日期之前更新我的会员籍吗?
可以。您可以在到期前1个月内更新会员籍,新会员籍周期将从原来的到期日开始计算。
